“How do I manage a hybrid team effectively? Will I be judged as a PM for the success or otherwise of my hybrid management ability and what tools can I harness to make this a positive experience for the Team?
The mentors will help us discover practical strategies and actionable tips to maximize productivity and build a cohesive, high-performing hybrid team.
