Happy Christmas!

It's been a tough year for many people who are highly skilled but enduring long periods of unemployment. It's depressing, and for many, it's hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. The employment climate has changed with less and less real people involved in the process but what can we do to stay on top? How do we stop becoming so dis-spirited that it starts to impact our mental health?

I have also been out of work since late 2024 and whilst some of the last year has been a choice not to work, the constant effort involved in rejection is wearing. I started the Project Manager Clinic and the YouTube Channel as a way of giving back and sharing the experience I have gained from a long career. It's been great fun this year and hopefully has kept many of you informed and involved in discussions outside of employment issues but now I need help.
