Roadmap Development
Large scale programs and projects need careful thought and planning to be successful and to ensure that all stakeholders are on the same page and ready.

My speciality is the development of large scale program plans and portfolios of work which often span 3 years of Business Transformation. These plans and roadmaps include, full costing and projected budget, identification of all projects and activities within the program, identification of resources and governance artefacts, communications plan, high level multi year schedule and implementation strategy.
Reviews and Assessments
Reviews may include reviewing the project approach with the Project Manager and Sponsor, or more detailed coaching of the project manager and team to get the project at peak health.

I can also perform Program and Project Health Checks and Assessments and supply a detailed score and report with recommended actions.
