Episode 2 Conversation with an Expert Topic - "Unlocking Success: The Essential Guide to Hiring an experienced Project Manager"

In conversation with me this month is recruiter, Nat Jefferys, from PinPoint Talent, Sydney. Natalie has 7 years' experience in recruitment with extensive knowledge of the public sector space, she specialises in State Government and works on permanent and contingent, mid to senior level roles with a focus on Project Services, IT and Digital. Nat currently lead a team of recruiters and is the main point of contact for decision makers at the business level and MSP’s for NSW State Government. Her approach with clients and candidates is consultative, ensuring personalised and effective solutions.

In this conversation with an Expert we look at what you should consider when hiring an experienced project management professional. Asking the typical questions like, "where do you want to be in your career in the next five years" for example are not always relevant. Remember that at a senior level, say a Program Director, is going to behave more like an Executive and may have different expectations about the role.
