Carolyn is a seasoned professional in IT Service Management (ITSM), Service Integration and Managenent (SIAM), and IT Operations Management, with a strong interest in Cyber Security. With over 20 years of experience in IT - 18 of which have been in the Managed Service Provider sector - she has witnessed a wide range of ITSM and IT Operations scenarios, from the highly effective to the areas ripe for improvement.

Driven by a passion for enhancing delivery, operations, and customer experience, Carolyn leverages her deep knowledge or the best practice frameworks and extensive experience to drive meaningful change in her workplace and to contribute to the wider IT community.

A certified trainer in Humanising IT, Carolyn is passionate about leveraging best practices to drive meaningful change. Recognised as the itSMF Australia Champion of the Year (2023) and PeopleCert Global ITIL Ambassador, she helps organisations strengthen IT capabilities, optimise processeses, and achieve operational excellence.
