Cassandra Mok

Cassandra is a dynamic and energetic organisational development consultant and coach with 20 years of experience in social, organisational and behavioural change. She specialises in leadership development, behavioural transformation, and intercultural effectiveness through strength-based approaches, systems thinking, and interactive methodologies that inspire innovation and purposeful action.

Cassandra brings a wealth of real-world experience having worked across Asia, the Americas, the Pacific as well as in Australia. Over her career, she has successfully spearheaded transformation initiatives that boosted employee collaboration and ownership of outcomes, cultivated team dynamics for effectiveness and continuous learning as well as overhauled systems and processes with a keen focus on how cohesion between strategy, operations and culture within organisations can result in sustained transformation, particularly in fluid and ambiguous contexts.

Cassandra holds a Master of International Law and a combined Bachelors of Communications in Social Inquiry and in International Studies (Mexico) from the University of Technology, Sydney. In addition, Cassandra is certified Executive Coach with a Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Leadership at Charles Sturt University.

She loves puzzles and cross pollinating ideas, skills and wisdom between a wide range of disciplines and cultures and translating them to applied solutions that contribute to a more positive human experience.
