Elena helps purpose-led organisations and small government agencies build capability from within, delivering change that lasts and impact that matters.
Her journey began at Nestlé, where she spent seven years transforming complex systems into practical learning experiences that resonated with real people doing real work, designing training programs that helped teams across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain work smarter, faster, and with fewer errors.
At the Tax Practitioners Board, Elena led change initiatives that improved complaints handling and reduced resolution times by 75%. More importantly and working closely with the CEO to embed psychosocial safety into the culture, ensuring people felt heard, supported, and empowered to grow.
At The Smith Family, she led the Developing Change Capability program, a national initiative that helped 23 business units strengthen their change literacy. Co-creating tools, training, and a shared language that made change feel less like disruption and more like opportunity.
As a Strategic Change & Capability Partner, Elena prioritises the human element in everything she does.
With a background in Education, PROSCI certification, and a passion for brain-friendly change, she designs interventions that connect strategy with everyday work—always leaving individuals and teams stronger than when they started.
