Previously with the Reserve Bank of Australia, the team and I fortified IT infrastructure, elevating the stability and security of systems. My expertise in user adoption and presenting complex change initiatives contributes to a culture of continuous improvement and sustainable change. This experience underpins my current mission to drive innovative and efficient educational frameworks.
