Susanne Moore

Chief Project Coach

I am an accomplished Program Director, Executive Manager, and CEO with over 20 years of experience across diverse industries and sectors. My expertise spans large-scale software development and business transformation programs. As a professional speaker and strategic thinker, I have extensive consulting experience in designing, reviewing, assessing, and implementing strategies, as well as delivering large-scale programs and projects.

I have successfully led transformation programs at organizations such as Liverpool City Council, Ingenia, City of Newcastle, Local Land Services, Department of Industry, AAMA, Perpetual, Department of Agriculture, and Essential Energy, among others. As an experienced CEO and business owner, I have developed and delivered numerous training programs focused on project management, diversity, organizational culture, and leadership.

In addition to my corporate and government experience, I am a member of Actor’s Equity and have performed professionally in theatre productions as an actor, designer, choreographer, and director. In 2007, I founded the Bus Stop Theatre for children, initially to teach youth participants to lead, manage, and collaborate in a creative environment.

I am a published author/editor of "Contemporary Global Perspectives in Gender Economics" (2015), a result of my establishment and promotion of #GenderEconomics globally and the first academic text on Gender Economics. I convened the first International Conference on the subject in 2014 at the University of New South Wales, Australia. Through Gender Economics, I have spoken internationally to promote the subject, delivering talks in Madrid, Spain; Shanghai, China; and Phoenix, USA.

I am currently writing my second book, "The Bachelors Guide to Love and Marriage," which combines my journey to understand love with my knowledge of Sociology and Gender studies. This book aims to be a lighthearted yet informative text on long-term bachelors, exploring how they can impact your life and what we can learn from their often unique perspectives on love.
