Happy Christmas from the Project Manager Clinic

It's been a tough year for many skilled professionals facing long periods of unemployment. This situation is disheartening. For many, it’s hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. The employment climate has shifted. There are fewer real people involved in the hiring process. So, how can we stay motivated? How do we prevent discouragement from affecting our mental health?


I have also been out of work since late 2024. While some of this time has been a choice, the constant effort involved in facing rejection is exhausting. To cope, I started the Project Manager Clinic and the YouTube Channel. This initiative allows me to give back and share the knowledge I’ve gained over my long career. It has been enjoyable and hopefully keeps many of you engaged in discussions beyond employment issues. However, I now need your help.
